Our standards

Underage accounts, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors and any content or conduct that exploits children are prohibited. Users must provide their real date of birth. CRUSH uses an adult age gate; a declared age is not proof of identity or age.

Protections and review

New profile photos stay private during automated safety screening and only approved photos may be added to profiles. Flagged photos are blocked and generate a non-graphic owner alert. Screening does not verify age or detect every violation; existing photos are not automatically screened again.

Underage and child-safety reports enter the urgent owner-review queue. Suspected child-exploitation reports are excluded from general AI review, and photo references are withheld from the normal owner screen. The owner can suspend accounts and arrange restricted evidence handling and content removal. Suspension alone may not revoke image links already shared.

Report a concern

In a matched conversation, open the three-dot menu and choose Report user. Select “Person may be under 18” or “Child safety or suspected exploitation (urgent)”. Reports are also supported for previously blocked conversations. Include a brief, non-graphic description and the profile or conversation reference. You can block the person to stop contact.

Without an account, outside a match, or if you cannot sign in, contact our child-safety contact at [email protected]. Do not download, attach, forward or reproduce suspected abuse imagery. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Response and escalation

The Alpha Dynamics Tech owner reviews reports and decides enforcement action. Submission confirms receipt, not that a person has already reviewed the report. Status emails may be sent when delivery is available. Suspected child exploitation is escalated to appropriate authorities as required by applicable law, using restricted evidence handling; the app does not automatically file legal reports.
